• Chamomile

• Marshmallow Leaf

• Lemon Balm

• Nettle Leaf

• Hawthorn

Suggested Use – Horses:

• 200–499 lbs: 0.5 tbsp (≈4.4g)

• 500–999 lbs: 1 tbsp (≈8.8g)

• 1000+ lbs: 2 tbsp (≈17.6g)

Double serving for 3–5 days during high-stress periods.

Directions:

• Horse: Add to soaked feed, or steep as tea and pour cooled tea over feed.

• Rider: Steep 1 tbsp in hot water for 10–15 minutes.
